In this display case, Marin Montagut showcases a hot air balloon, a poetic nod to the very first flight in the history of the hot air balloon, carried out in France in the 18th century. A symbol of daring, freedom and dreams, the hot air balloon has stood the test of time. Here, it floats in an imaginary sky, like an invitation to escape and contemplation.
The wonder display case is a three-dimensional object in the spirit of dioramas, entirelyhand paintedand designed in the workshops of Marin Montagut in Paris. Each piece is unique, numbered and signed by the artist.
It is made of papier-mâché and closed with a glass window. A precious object to be contemplated without moderation.
