Created in 1612 at the request of Marie de Médicis, the Jardin du Luxembourg is one of the spring rendezvous points for Paris lovers. Marin Montagut captures it through one of its most illustrious accessories: its iconic green chair, the CHAISE DU LUXEMBOURG. The illustration is presented here in the form of a Curio Box.
The Curio Box is a three-dimensional object in the spirit of dioramas, entirelyhand-paintedand designed in Marin Montagut's workshops in Paris. Each piece is unique, numbered and signed by the artist.
It is made of papier-mâché and enclosed with a glass pane. A precious object to admire without moderation.
Each display case comes with its certificate of authenticity, personalized with the name of its owner.
