Designed by Gustave Eiffel in 1887 for the 1889 Universal Exhibition, THE EIFFEL TOWER is today the symbol that represents Paris and France worldwide. Marin Montagut pays tribute to it with a watercolor illustration, applied here to a delicate porcelain tray.
Marin Montagut designs each of his tableware models inspired by antique French crockery. The tableware, of rare finesse, is made of enameled porcelain. Each model is handcrafted, using the ancestral know-how of plaster molds. The illustrations are applied in Marin Montagut's workshops in Paris and each piece is fired on site.
