Designed by Gustave Eiffel in 1887 for the 1889 World's Fair, THE EIFFEL TOWER is now the symbol that represents Paris and France around the world. Marin Montagut pays tribute to it through a watercolor illustration, applied here to a delicate porcelain tray.
Marin Montagut designs each of his tableware models inspired by old French crockery. The exceptionally delicate crockery is made of enameled porcelain. Each model is handcrafted, using the ancestral know-how of plaster molds. The illustrations are applied in Marin Montagut's workshops in Paris and each piece is fired on site.
