Description
Designed by Gustave Eiffel in 1887 for the 1889 World's Fair, THE EIFFEL TOWER is now the symbol representing Paris and France around the world. Marin Montagut pays tribute to it with a watercolor illustration, applied here to a delicate porcelain tray.
Marin Montagut designs each of his tableware models inspired by old French crockery. The tableware, of rare finesse, is made of glazed porcelain. Each model is handmade, using the ancestral know-how of plaster molds.
The illustrations are applied in Marin Montagut's workshops in Paris and each piece is fired on site.
