A great lover of Paris and its enchanting alleyways, Marin Montagut wanted to immortalize his three favorite neighborhoods with his drawings: Le Marais, Montmartre and Saint Germain des Prés.
The decorative wall panel MONTMARTRE is printed on a press in Paris, on handmade rag paper produced in a mill in the south of France using 18th-century techniques. The print is then colored with watercolors. in Marin Montagut's Parisian workshop .
Limited edition of 200 copies. Each plate is numbered.
Each painting is fixed to two wooden sticks which roll up on themselves like a scroll and are closed with a grosgrain ribbon in the manner of the handwritten maps of the time.
