A great lover of Paris and its magical alleyways, Marin Montagut wanted to immortalize his three favorite neighborhoods with his own stroke: Le Marais, Montmartre and Saint Germain des Prés.
The MONTMARTRE decorative wall board is printed on a press in Paris, on rag paper made by hand in a mill in the south of France using 18th century techniques. The print is then colored with watercolors in the Parisian studio of Marin Montagut .
Limited series of 200 copies. Each plate is numbered.
Each painting is fixed on two wooden sticks which roll up on themselves like a parchment and close with a grosgrain ribbon in the manner of the handwritten cards of the time.
