Description
Created in 1612 at the request of Marie de Medici, the Luxembourg Gardens are a springtime rendezvous for lovers of Paris. Marin Montagut captures them with one of their most famous accessories: his iconic green chair, the CHAIR OF THE LUXEMBOURG GARDEN . The illustration is presented here in the form of a Showcase of Wonders.
The wonder display case is a three-dimensional object in the spirit of dioramas, entirely hand painted and designed in the workshops of Marin Montagut in Paris.
Each piece is unique, numbered and signed by the artist.
It is made of papier-mâché and closed with a glass window.
A precious object to be contemplated without moderation.
Each display case comes with its certificate of authenticity, personalized with the name of its purchaser.
