The small plate is ideal for enjoying a dessert or cheese.
Imagined by Gustave Eiffel in 1887 for the 1889 Exposition Universelle, THE EIFFEL TOWER is today the symbol that represents Paris and France throughout the world. Marin Montagut pays tribute to it with a watercolor illustration, applied here to a delicate small porcelain plate.
Marin Montagut designs each of his tableware models, drawing inspiration from French dinnerware of yesteryear. This tableware, of rare delicacy, is made of enameled porcelain. Each model is shaped by hand, using the ancestral know-how of plaster molds.
The illustrations are applied in Marin Montagut's workshops in Paris and each piece is fired on site.
