L'ORANGER DU JARDIN DU LUXEMBOURG pays homage to Marin Montagut's favorite Parisian garden, which he captures in this watercolor illustration through its famous orange tree. It is here applied to a delicate small porcelain plate.
Marin Montagut works on each of his tableware models, drawing inspiration from old-fashioned French tableware. The tableware, of rare finesse, is made of enameled porcelain. Each model is made by hand, with the ancestral know-how of plaster molds.
The illustrations are affixed in Marin Montagut's workshops in Paris and each piece is fired on site.
