An eternal lover of Paris, Marin Montagut pays tribute to one of its legendary cafes, LE CAFÉ DE FLORE. His favorite cafe, where he enjoys his morning coffee and croissant, is depicted in this watercolor which is applied here to a delicate small porcelain plate.
Marin Montagut designs each of his tableware models inspired by old French dinnerware. The dinnerware, of rare delicacy, is made of enameled porcelain. Each model is handcrafted, using the ancestral know-how of plaster molds.
The illustrations are applied in Marin Montagut's workshops in Paris and each piece is fired on site.
