RUE DE L'AMOUR pays homage to an imaginary Parisian street that Marin Montagut created to celebrate love, his favorite theme! A lover of Paris, Marin Montagut created a series of watercolors paying tribute to its streets. This watercolor, to be collected with the other streets, is here affixed to a delicate porcelain dish.
Marin Montagut designs each of his tableware models inspired by antique French tableware. This very fine tableware is made of enameled porcelain. Each piece is hand-shaped, according to the ancestral know-how of plaster molds.
The illustrations are affixed in Marin Montagut's Parisian workshops, where each piece is fired on site.
